RAYMOND WEIL is committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return your timepiece in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery. All returns must include original packaging, warranty cards, and any booklets provided at the time of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Timepiece
Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective films and tags remain intact and attached.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package to ensure safe transit to our service center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
